Interesting Places to Visit in Zacatecas

Mexico has 32 States, but in this occasion I am going to talk about only one in specific, Zacatecas. It is located almost in the middle of Mexico. This State has many interesting places where daily a lot of tourists visit them. Despite this, these places are very important to Zacatecas because they help to support the economy of the state. Some examples of these spots visited by tourist are the silver mines, the Bufa hill, and the center of Zacatecas.

To begin with, the silver mines were discovered in 1546 by the Spanish. During those days, mines were used just to subtract silver and sell it, but now it is different. Nowadays, mines have been fixed sophisticatedly to receive tourist and give them a tour through the mines. At the same time, tourists are guided by a man who tells them the history of the mine and shows them specific places of the mine. Without a doubt, the silver mine is a very good place where we should visit with all our family.

     The second interesting place in Zacatecas is the Bufa hill. It is located in the east edge of the city of Zacatecas; from this hill you can appreciate the whole city and the beautiful landscape of the nature. Furthermore, on the top of the hill there are many constructions in there that are trying to express part of the Mexican culture. Some examples of the constructions we have are the museums and the “teleferico.” The last one mentioned is a kind of air transport used to move tourist from the Bufa hill to another hill and show them the city. These are only few characteristics of the Bufa hill in Zacatecas.

       At last, we have the historic center of the State of Zacatecas in Mexico, another interesting and exciting place that you should visit. In there you will admire the colonial buildings made of strong rock. Moreover, you will find an impressive cathedral built in 1731, some art museums, and a spot called ‘’La Quemada.’’The last one mentioned, is an important archeological zone where you can see magnificent structures made by natives Zacatecanos.  The city of Zacatecas has been witness to great battles and it is reflected in its streets, people, and museums.

 In conclusion, all the mentioned characteristics are only part of the colonial State of Zacatecas. Without mentioning the hospitality of its people and its nice weather. For these reasons, you should make a little pause in your daily activities and visit Zacatecas as soon as possible. I am sure you won’t regret doing that.

Zacatecas, Mexico: A Place of Violence

                                                                                                                                                                     

First, drug trafficking is a problem in the state of Zacatecas. Zacatecas is almost in the middle of Mexican republic and the traffickers of drugs use this route to travel to the United States because the police corruption which tolerate such activities.  The drug problem affects the state because it makes Zacatecas an insecure place to live or visit. The insecurity that involves this state makes it one of the most dangerous in the Mexican republic. Also, the corruption that exists in the police makes the people feel insecure. Therefore, these elements make Zacatecas a hard place to live.

 Next, the violence that Zacatecas in is living is very high. The people are living the worst nightmare because many young people have fire guns and shoot each other on the streets. Because of these problems, many innocent people are killed accidentally by the gangsters who fight for certain streets or territories. The police of Zacatecas probably cannot do anything about this problem, or they do not want to do anything to fix the problem. Thus, the violence is scarring to residents of Zacatecas.

 Finally, Zacatecas has another big problem with abductions for money. The abductions in Zacatecas horrify the rich people because it is risky to be kidnapped. The responsible for the abductions believe that other people are rich enough to pay for rescue for one member of the family. That problem forces  people who have a business or money to pay for protection to the same abductiers to avoid being kidnapped. However, sometimes it is not enough money and the delinquents want more money, and abduct the people that supposedly they are protecting. Without a doubt, this problem terrorizes the community of Zacatecas.

 In sum, these problems are scarry to the residents of Zacatecas alike and tourists. Many cases are not resolved by the authorities and the drug trafficking, violence, and abduction are increasing each day in this place. As a result, tourists has been decreaing because people do not feel secure when visiting the wonderful places that Zacatecas has to offer. Therefore, people are waiting for all the problems to end to have peace and a better Qualify of life, and also waiting for tourists to return.

The Beaches of Colima, Mexico

Around the world there are many places to see. In those places, people can go on vacation. Sometimes they decide to visit parks, others like to visit different countries because they want to learn about different cultures or geography. Colima is known for its great beaches such as the ones in Manzanillo, Colima, and Tecoman.

            In Manzanillo, Colima there is a beautiful beach. This is the best beach for several reasons. First, tourism comes from all over the world to enjoy in this popular beach. Second, it is an amazing beach where boats from all parts of the world arrive to the Port of Manzanillo, Colima. By the beach, there are also amazing hotels for all tourists that come to enjoy the beautiful beach of Manzanillo, Colima.

            In Colima there is another very popular beach in Tecoman. This beach is visited by people from around the city. Families come to enjoy the beautiful beach. Therefore, this interesting beach has restaurants and hotels for all types of families. In summer time on this beach, it is very hot but most important it is that families have fun on the beach.

            In fact, Colima has many beaches, but each beach is different. People can decide from which one to visit. Some beaches are more popular than others, but each one has something special. In addition, people from all over the world can learn something by visiting them.

Guanajuato a Colonial City

     Each city on the world has something that makes it special. A lot of cities are very modern now; with enormous buildings, long highways, and a strong architecture, but some cities keep some aspects from colonial culture. Guanajuato is an example of colonial city that come from the century XVIII, before Mexican independence and it makes Guanajuato a different city from others. Some aspects of colonial culture in Guanajuato can be found in its; museums, infrastructure, and crafts.

     The museums are very important for the tourism in Guanajuato. When tourists go to visit Guanajuato they ask for the principal museums in the city, specially the “museo de las momias” that is a mummy museum, in which we can find different mummy bodies, and it is the main attraction of the city. Tourists also ask for the museum “Casa de las Leyendas”, it is a museum in which we can find and hear about all legends in all Guanajuato. Museums are the principal attractive of the city and those comes from colonial history.

       The principal aspect that show the colonial and old culture in Guanajuato city are infrastructure, like streets that are make with rocks and soil. Also the house design is a fact of ancient architecture from last centuries; these houses were built with rocks and cement. All of the colonial aspects in the infrastructure make people go back to the colonial times and feel like a part of their ancestors. Guanajuato city is train to keep all of that design that distinguishes from other cities and make a great impression on tourists.

     A part of the colonial culture in Guanajuato is the crafts. Guanajuato has the principal event of crafts on the world called “Feria del Cervatillo”, it is celebrate all summers and it is a pride for the city. The candies are also a kind of crafts like charamuscas; it is a typical candy in form of a mummy, which comes from ancient people who taught their children and them to their children. So that’s come from colonial age and they keep their knowledge to not forget that cultural essence.

      In conclusion, the aspects of the colonial culture in Guanajuato city make that city very special for tourists and residents of the city. People love to feel like their ancestors, so that’s a reason to visit Guanajuato and admire the beauty of the colonial style. I think that if that city were to lose all of those aspects they would lose the essence that makes it special.

Tourism Near My Hometown of Deir Debwan

Deir Debwan is a Palestinian town in the Ramallah and al-Brien governorate in the central West Bank region, 7 Kilometers east of Ramallah. The word ‘’Deir’’means monastery (church or temple) and the word ‘’Debwan’’ came from the name of the missionary ‘’divan’’ or ‘’bwan’’ that was in charge of this monastery. Tourism spots near Deir Debwan, a Palestinian town, are found in the cities of Ramallah, shah Am mar, and Wade Jayah.

Ramallah is one of the most charming Palestine place to visitors for many reasons. The first Ramallah is the Palestine capital is located in the Palestinian territories.  The second reason is because of the many quality business they visited in Ramallah. The third reason, its international trade and economy. People who live in this town they are of two kinds, one Muslim and the others are Christian. It has a church and a mosque that people is visit. Finally, Ramallah has many amazing hospitals, schools, stores and other things. They are also excellent hotels and big banks in this town. However, Ramallah is the best area for everyone who wants to have a good experience in their lives. Then Ramallah is one of the best towns in Palestine.

The second place for tourism is Shah Amar. Shah Amar is a great place for everyone who likes history. It is located 5 kilometers from Deir Debwan. Also, Shah Amar has an old mosque which was built in 1940. Anyone going to Shah Amar will enjoy their time in this area. In addition, around Shah Amar has a big garden for children come from anywhere to play .Moreover, many people come to this place to read Al Quran and to pray because this is a holy place. Many people believe Shah Amar makes an unhealthy person feel better.  Some do it as a part of a religious journey and others it is a test of strength. As a result, Shah Amar is more than a scared site than for many tourism.

 The last place for tourism close to Deir Debwan is Wade Jayah. Wade Jayah is an attractive place for tourism. For example, Wade Jayah is a charming place and an attractive area for all people. It also has a lively and exciting mountain, making it a great spot for tourists. Also, there are a lot of olive trees that makes the place beautiful. At the same time, many people visit this area to see the waterfalls between the mountains that make the place more relaxing. In the end, Wade Jayah it is one of the top places to visit.

In conclusion, Palestine is one of the most charming countries for tourism in the world. Palestine has many towns for tourism, but I will always will visit Ramallah, Shah Amar, and Wade Jayah because these places are surrounded by my town Deir Debwan and have a lot of beautiful things. Deir Debwan, Ramallah, and other towns in Palestine I think Palestine is a dream place any person would like to visit some day. I like my country Palestine, specially my town Deir Debwan Ramallah than any other country.
